20th Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival - Daniel Wolff's Reading and Performance

Daniel Wolff and Dave Marsh will be discussing Daniel's new book, Grown-Up Anger:  The Connected Mysteries of Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, and the Calumet Massacre of 1913.  Daniel and Dave will be joined by Chris Buhalis and Michael Fracasso singing songs.

20th Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival - Jimmy LaFave Tribute

The Night Tribe will honor Jimmy LaFave during the opening performance of 20th Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival. Bobby Kallus, John Inmon, Glenn Schuetz, and Radoslav Lorkovic will take the stage Wednesday, July 12th, at 8:00 pm at the Crystal Theatre for a tribute to Jimmy.

Andy Adams, the Burns Sisters, Michael Fracasso, John Fullbright, Sarah Lee Guthrie, Jaimee Harris, Susan Herndon, Greg Jacobs, Levi Parham, Ellis Paul, Joel Rafael, Chris Buhalis and the Red Dirt Rangers will also perform, with more musicians to be confirmed.

Tickets on sale Friday, June 9th, 2017 at 10am CST through Brown Paper Tickets.

Concerts in the Courtyard - Lansing, Michigan

Concerts in the Courtyard is an eclectic series of musical concerts featuring some of the finest musicians in the state and from across the country. All shows are held on Thursday evenings in the great-sounding and beautiful flower-lined courtyard behind the Old Town General Store. Tickets are $15/$9 students and available in advance online, at the store, and at the door. A portion of the proceeds benefit Music is the Foundation, supporting music programs in Mid-Michigan schools and the community, the majority goes directly to the artists.
